  • (*) interp2d (2d interpolation library)

  • (*) qdelaunay program from QHull package (used in 3d plotting)

  • (*) UNSIO (library for N-body snapshot input/output)

  • (*) HDF5 (structured file format library)

  • (*) GLPK (linear-programming kit)

  • (*) CVXOPT (Python-based linear/quadratic optimization solver)

  • (*) BPMPD (linear and quadratic programming solver)

• Compiled distributions of version 2.5 for various platforms:

  • Windows: 32 bit and 64 bit (the latter is for v2.0) - all features included, may need to download Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 redistributable package used by Python

  • Macintosh (64 bit, all included): older OS version or newer OS version (>=10.11)

  • Linux: 64 bit, compiled on RedHat
